The Blessed Man護られた男
A man claiming to be "blessed by the heavens" has challenged Musashi to a duel. Musashi turns him down and sends him packing, only to give chase when he learns that the man is wreathed in abnormal Malice.

The Blessed Man
Koun-an Temple is home to the Buddhist deity Dakiniten.
A goddess of mysterious ways, she searches out those who are to die within six months and bestows on them blessings in exchange for their heart, which she feasts on after their death.
Dakiniten is also worshipped as a deity of good fortune and prosperity in business.
After clearing
In his pursuit of the "blessed" man, Musashi races through the streets of Kyoto, fighting the Genma at every turn, till at last he brings his quarry to bay, only to find that the man has not been blessed at all—rather, he is cursed and abruptly dies, his heart having been feasted on by a Genma from inside his body.
