Lion Dog locations狛犬

There are 36 Lion Dogs to rescue for Lady Murasaki, who waits at Yasaka Shrine in Eastern Kyoto. Each rescue fills in a Curious Case, the story behind the spot where the dog was hiding. The game's own hint for stragglers is to reread those cases and revisit places you've already cleared; every row below skips that step with a crop of the in-game map and a link to the pin.

Rescues count toward six sword appearances, and the last one needs all 36. Rescuing them all also unlocks the For the Love of Dog achievement.
