Something in the Water清らかなる水
The man Musashi helped at Kiyomizu-dera Temple has fallen ill after drinking the sacred water of Otowa Waterfall. Unable to make sense of why the sacred water should produce such a noxious effect, he heads off to Kiyomizu-dera Temple to investigate the matter.

Something in the Water
Legend has it that the Otowa Waterfall at Kiyomizu-dera Temple is visited nightly by an avatar of the goddess Kannon who appears in the form of a dragon to drink from its pool of clean, clear water.
This dragon is said to be protected by Yashajin, a deity known to purge bad karma and bring good fortune.
Often described as golden or life-giving, the water that flows into the temple pond is believed to bestow blessings on all who drink of it.
After clearing
Upon investigating the cause of the noxious water at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Musashi discovers that Dokyo has in fact poisoned Otowa Waterfall, causing all who have drunk from it to turn into Genma. The Genma defeated, Musashi restores the water to its former purity.
