The Stage is Set at Kiyomizu清水寺鬼舞台
Musashi heads to Kiyomizu-dera Temple at Ono no Takamura's request. Apparently, it's one of the key sanctuaries that must be purified in order to strengthen the Oni Gate—and it's under attack by Genma.

After clearing
En route to Kiyomizu-dera, Musashi meets someone else with an Oni gauntlet: Ganryu. It seems he met a white-haired man in hell who set him to stealing souls. Upon purifying the temple, Musashi's own gauntlet produces a strange woman, of all things.
